No. Signum Rise is a logistics CRM and management platform: sales, quotes, rates, customer-facing shipment follow-up, quality, KPIs and capacity. If you already use a system to run shipments (air waybills, BLs, warehouse or customs), Signum Rise complements it.
No. Cargo Structure supports the assessment, setup and launch with your customers, rates, surcharges, users and brand.
Yes. The quoter supports air, FCL, LCL, courier and ground freight, and can generate versions and PDF proposals.
Yes. Access is configured per person, and cost can remain visible only to authorized users.
No. You start with the plan you need and add individual modules when your operation calls for them. If a higher plan is a better deal for your selection, the system tells you.
The Quality module is included regardless of your plan. Cargo Structure loads your manuals as drafts; you approve them or request changes, and once approved each department sees them and confirms reading.

Yes, with the Tariffs add-on: classify goods with the Harmonized System, load each country's tariff and set up its taxes. The calculator estimates duties, taxes and landed cost and adds them to the quote. The official assessment is made by the customs broker.
Yes, from Settings. If you remove a module your information is kept and comes back when you turn it on again.
Yes. Signum Rise installs on your phone and computer like an app, without app stores, and updates itself. With the notifications add-on each person gets their alerts: overdue tasks, customers replying to or viewing a quote, approvals and incidents. See the user guide.
On servers in the United States (Virginia), with each company’s space isolated from the others and optional two-step verification for every user (mandatory for Cargo Structure administration). Payments are processed by the payment provider, not the system, and the administrator can download all of the company’s data at any time.
Yes. Each person has a department and each manual has one: Operations sees Operations manuals and Sales sees Sales manuals. With the Multi-location add-on, each location (for example USA and Venezuela) sees only its own manuals unless you grant access.
