Signum Rise en tu bolsillo

Lo que tu equipo debe saber antes de empezar: instalar la app, activar las notificaciones y proteger su cuenta. El manual completo, por módulo y por puesto, está dentro del sistema: menú Empresa → Guía de uso.

Instalar la app

No hace falta ninguna tienda: se instala desde el navegador, queda un ícono en tu pantalla de inicio y se actualiza sola.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Abre signumrise.com/login en Safari.
  2. Toca Compartir (el cuadrado con la flecha ⬆).
  3. Elige Agregar a pantalla de inicio y luego Agregar.
  4. Abre Signum Rise desde el ícono nuevo.

Android

  1. Abre signumrise.com/login en Chrome.
  2. Toca el botón 📲 Instalar app arriba en Signum Rise.
  3. O en el menú ⋮ elige Instalar app.
  4. Confirma con Instalar.

Computadora

  1. Entra con Chrome o Edge.
  2. Haz clic en 📲 Instalar app o en el ícono de instalar al lado derecho de la barra de direcciones.
  3. Signum Rise se abre en su propia ventana.
Sin internet la app abre, pero muestra "Sin conexión": tus datos están en el servidor, no en el celular. Cuando vuelva la señal, toca Reintentar.

Activar las notificaciones

Signum Rise te avisa en el celular aunque tengas la app cerrada. Se activa en cada aparato por separado.

Actívalas en 4 toques

  1. Toca tu foto o iniciales arriba a la derecha (Mi perfil).
  2. Toca 🔔 Notificaciones.
  3. Toca Activar en este aparato y luego Permitir.
  4. Toca Enviar una prueba: debe llegarte en segundos.

Elige qué te avisa

  • Resumen diario a la hora que elijas (solo si tienes pendientes).
  • Te asignan una tarea o una incidencia.
  • Tu cliente acepta, rechaza, comenta o está viendo una cotización.
  • Autorizaciones de margen.
  • Solicitudes que llegan desde la web.
iPhone: las notificaciones funcionan solo desde la app instalada (paso 1) y con iOS 16.4 o más reciente. Si alguna vez tocaste "No permitir", actívalas en Ajustes → Notificaciones → Signum Rise.
Las notificaciones son un complemento: si no ves la opción para activarlas, pídele a tu administrador que lo active.

Verificación en dos pasos y acceso de soporte

Activar la verificación (opcional)

  1. Instala Google Authenticator o Microsoft Authenticator en tu celular.
  2. En Signum Rise toca tu nombre → 🔐 Verificación en dos pasos → Activarla.
  3. Escanea el código QR con la app y escribe los 6 números.
  4. Desde ahí, al entrar te pedirá el código del celular. Si cambias de celular, usa Cambié de celular.

Permitir acceso de soporte (administrador)

  • Si nos pides ayuda, ve a Soporte → Permitir 24 horas o 48 horas.
  • Cargo Structure puede revisar tu cuenta sin pedirte contraseñas.
  • Cada revisión queda anotada en Actividad.
  • Vence sola o la retiras cuando quieras.

Signum Rise in your pocket

What your team should know before starting: install the app, turn on notifications and protect their account. The full manual, by module and by role, is inside the system: Company menu → Usage guide.

Install the app

No app store needed: it installs from the browser, leaves an icon on your home screen and updates itself.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open signumrise.com/login in Safari.
  2. Tap Share (the square with the ⬆ arrow).
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. Open Signum Rise from the new icon.

Android

  1. Open signumrise.com/login in Chrome.
  2. Tap the 📲 Install app button at the top of Signum Rise.
  3. Or in the ⋮ menu choose Install app.
  4. Confirm with Install.

Computer

  1. Sign in with Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click 📲 Install app or the install icon on the right of the address bar.
  3. Signum Rise opens in its own window.
Without internet the app opens but shows "Offline": your data lives on the server, not on the phone. When you are back online, tap Retry.

Turn on notifications

Signum Rise alerts you on your phone even when the app is closed. Turn it on for each device.

Four taps

  1. Tap your photo or initials at the top right (My profile).
  2. Tap 🔔 Notifications.
  3. Tap Turn on for this device, then Allow.
  4. Tap Send a test: it should arrive in seconds.

Choose your alerts

  • Daily summary at the time you choose (only when something is pending).
  • A task or incident is assigned to you.
  • Your customer accepts, rejects, comments on or is viewing a quote.
  • Margin approvals.
  • Requests arriving from your website.
iPhone: notifications only work from the installed app (step 1) on iOS 16.4 or later. If you ever tapped "Don’t Allow", turn them on in Settings → Notifications → Signum Rise.
Notifications are an add-on: if you do not see the option, ask your administrator to turn it on.

Two-step verification and support access

Turn on verification (optional)

  1. Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
  2. In Signum Rise tap your name → 🔐 Two-step verification → Turn it on.
  3. Scan the QR code with the app and type the 6 digits.
  4. From then on, signing in asks for the code from your phone. If you change phones, use I changed phones.

Allow support access (administrator)

  • If you ask us for help, go to Support → Allow 24 hours or 48 hours.
  • Cargo Structure can review your account without asking for passwords.
  • Every review is logged in Activity.
  • It expires on its own or you remove it anytime.
